Dev’s journey started in the mortgage world out of curiosity. He wanted to understand how the process works. He wanted to understand how you could qualify for better loans. He reached out to over ten lenders who could qualify him for the best rate, and he quickly realized the process was much more complicated for the borrower. After spending countless months of learning and hard work, Dev wants to simplify the process. The loan officers I spoke to made the path more complicated, and kept asking for revisions in my paperwork. They had an inefficient way of asking questions, and they would reply after weeks. In my test run it took over 3 weeks for someone to answer my questions. There had to be a simpler process, and that is how Dev started his journey.
